Refund & Cancellation Policy

Roboprenr provides a friendly, transparent, and fair refund and cancellation policy. Please read the terms carefully before making a purchase.

Summer Camps

  • Summer camps are short-duration, fast-track programs. No refund is available for the booking amount or course fee once payment is made.

Regular Courses & Product Purchases

  • Damaged or Missing Parts: Report within 7 days of delivery by emailing learn@roboprenr.com with clear photos/videos. Verified claims will be resolved with replacements or missing parts within 10 business days. Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or negligence is not covered.
  • Installation Responsibility: Roboprenr is not responsible for improper installation. Ensure correct electrical polarity while connecting components.
  • Transit Damage: While we ensure secure packaging, Roboprenr is not liable for damages caused by courier services during transit.
  • Product Not as Expected: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the product does not match its description or expectations. Our team will review and offer a replacement, exchange, or alternative resolution if applicable.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipping is initiated, cancellation and refund are no longer available.
  • Coding & Non-Kit Courses: Eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Robotics Courses (With Kits): If discontinued, a pro-rata refund is provided based on unused sessions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Roboprenr reserves the right to verify refund/cancellation requests and determine eligibility.

International Refund Policies

  • Certain courses include physical kits shipped via reliable couriers like DHL or FedEx. Batteries are excluded due to shipping regulations. For courses without kits, we provide specifications for local sourcing.
  • Damaged or Missing Parts (Kit-based Courses): Report within 7 days of delivery to learn@roboprenr.com with photos/videos. Verified claims will be resolved with replacement parts or a suitable alternative.
  • Refunds for Courses:
    • Kit-based Courses: Pro-rata refund based on unused sessions and the returned kit's condition.
    • Courses Without Kits (e.g., Coding, Math, Science): Pro-rata refund based on unused sessions.
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Return of Kits: Refunds for kit-based courses will be issued only after kits are returned in good working condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the kit was defective or incorrect.
